The conference registration fee includes access to all panels and presentations, 4 coffee breaks, and cultural program.
You may register for SASA 2009 either online with PayPay or by check. PayPal charges your credit card, is quick, easy, secure, will accept payment in any currency and immediately issues a receipt. However, some people do not like to do financial transactions over the Internet while others find the PayPal interface awkward to use. Refunds: Refund requests received before March 7, 2009 will will be subject to a 15% processing fee. Requests received after March 6 will received a 50% refund.
Reminder: All participants must pre-register before March 7, 2009. Notification of acceptance will be via e-mail. Overseas presenters needing a formal letter of acceptance for visa purposes should request it in conjunction with their proposal.
